Deliveries

All deliveries cost £3.95 no matter the size of the order. Delivery time is 2-3 days from time or order. Deliveries will be made by either UK Mail or Royal Mail.

Returns

If any product you receive from netpricedirect is faulty or damaged we will quickly arrange a refund or replacement.

Simply email us at sales@netpricedirect.co.uk or contact our customer services on 01257 421141.

Quote your order number and product code and state whether you want a refund or replacement.

We'll either collect it or ask you to return it. Your postage costs will be refunded.

Damaged goods must be reported within 7 working days from delivery date.

Faulty goods can be returned upto 60 days from delivery date.
